ANTHONY LOVARI

Born and raised in Queens, NY and a resident of Newark, NJ for the past three years, Anthony Lovari is excited to be an Office Administrator at GlassRoots. "The vibrance of Downtown Newark and Newark as a whole has been magically enthralling for me," he says. "Although I live here, there is so much historically to see within a few blocks radius, that I feel like I am on a vacation on a daily basis."
Some of Anthony's memberships in Newark include the Brick City Supper Club, New Jersey Historical Society, LGBTQ Commission of Newark, and the Newark Museum, of which he says, "I am thrilled that I have free membership year round as a resident!"
In addition to his position at GlassRoots, Anthony is in the entertainment industry. Under the name Lovari, his recent album "The Rhythm Of Life" reached #14 on Amazon R&B Bestseller Chart. He is a co-star of the Funny or Die series, "The Chris Kepford Show," and played a supporting role as Barnabas in the 2017 film "A Peace of the Action," which included sold-out screenings at CityPlex12 in Newark.
