GlassRoots Operations Director is Diven Bajpai. Diven has a solid track record and international experience for profit as well as not for profit enterprises of all sizes, from Fortune Top 10 corporations to tech startups. He has managed programs and change, operations, product, process improvement, cost controls, roadmap planning, risk and conflict resolution, negotiations and stakeholder relationships while working with companies like United Healthcare Group, D&B etc.
Additionally, Diven has been active in the non-profit sector for over a decade with advocacy, community, social and faith-based non-profits, serving as a Volunteer, Consultant, Trustee and Board member. Currently he serves board member of S.O.F.I.A. , a non profit dedicated to advocacy for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
He has helped in various aspects of non-profit management, including operations, revenue planning, fundraising, facility and event management, and social media campaigns.
Diven has taught at various colleges, including the MBA program at Centenary College and Fashion Institute of Technology. In addition to structured teaching, he has been a mentor for Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) competition, business clubs, etc. Other than professional certifications in business, coaching, and project and change management, Diven earned an M.S. in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology after his MBA.
When away from work, Diven is an avid hiker and part of the organizing team for one of the largest active hiking groups in the Northeast USA. He helps organize and lead hikes and nature-centric outdoor activities both locally and throughout the world.
