The Art of Glassblowing
Offering four, one-week sessions.
The art of glassblowing originated in the Middle East about 2,000 years ago. In many ways, the tools and techniques used today are the same ones used thousands of years ago. In this introductory class, you’ll learn basic traditional postures, techniques, and forms of blown glass as you work collaboratively with your peers.
Campers will create 8-10 pieces per week including paperweights, small bowls and glasses.
All campers are welcome to sign up for more than session.
